Majada Pedroche
Jamones Majada Pedroche is a family-owned industrial company with more than four generations of pork tradition, founded as such by Don Miguel Torralbo Mohedano, in 2001. Located in the dehesa del Norte of the province of Córdoba, specifically in the town of Villanueva de Córdoba. In Majada Pedroche we continue to use traditional techniques, but we have also incorporated the latest technologies to offer 100% quality guarantee in our products. We have more than 120 hectares of pasture, a place better known as "Majada de la Vega" (Valley of Los Pedroches). We have 1000 m2 of a modern dryer and shop in Pol. Ind. UI2, s / n. (Villanueva de Córdoba). All our products are made from the same unique raw material, such as the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pig, protected by the Denomination of Origin "Los Pedroches". We control the quality process from start to finish, for this, our pigs have enough space for proper development, exercise and feeding, the latter essential to offer us the infiltrated fat that makes this breed unique in the world.
